COMRESLAB has nominated composite products which can be used in the sector of power industry for the purpose of preventing corrosion in the framework of an applied research contract with Niroo Research Institute (NRI).
Dr. Rafiee has been elected as the member of the boards of Iranian Composites Association (IRCOMAS) on 26-8-2018 for a period of three years. He was also a member of the board of the same association from 2015 to 2018.
Dr. Rafiee has been invited to deliver a lecture on “Estimating Youngَs modulus of nanoclay reinforced polymer using stochastic appraoch” in 12th international conference ACE-X2018.
Dr. Rafiee has been selected by Elsevier as the Outstanding Reviewer in 2016, 2017 and 2018.
The MSc thesis of Mr. Amin Ghorbanhosseini on “Prediction of Mechanical Properties of Fuzzy Fibers” has been selected as the distinguished MSC thesis in space minor by Iranian Aerospace Society in 2018.
At the closing ceremony of the 17th International Conference of the Iranian Aerospace Society held in 2018, the PhD thesis of Dr. Mahdi Shayanmehr was selected as distinguished PhD thesis.
Dr. Rafiee has been assigned as the member of scientific committee of the 1st International Conference on Mechanics of Advanced Materials and Equipment.
